High strength effective topical treatment foam for male pattern hair loss containing 5% Minoxidil.
Regaine Extra Strength Solution contains minoxidil 5%, a topical treatment licensed for male pattern hair loss. It's thought to work by prolonging the growth phase of scalp hair follicles and increasing blood flow to the scalp, helping slow hair loss and encourage regrowth in some men.
Results build up gradually — most men need at least 3-4 months of continuous daily use before any improvement is visible, and hair loss usually resumes if treatment stops.
Apply to a dry scalp twice a day, morning and evening, using the applicator provided.
Most men tolerate minoxidil solution well. The most common effect is mild scalp irritation, dryness or itching where it's applied.
Stop use and contact your prescriber if you notice chest pain, a fast or irregular heartbeat, unexplained weight gain, or swelling of the hands or feet.
